Mae Ploy Thai Rote Currypaste, Thailändisches Rotes Curry scharf

Zubereitung:
50g Paste bräunen, 400g Kokosmilch, 200g Fleisch und Kaffernlimette oder Zitronenblätter hinzufügen und das ganze schmoren lassen. Nach Geschmack würzen. Tipp: für ein milderes Aroma nur halb so viel Currypaste verwenden.
